These terms cover your use of www.safekeepmovers.com. Your move itself is governed by the written estimate and order for service you sign with SafeKeep Movers LLC, and by New Jersey's public mover regulations (N.J.A.C. 13:44D), which control if anything here conflicts with them.

Quotes

Figures produced by the quote form on this site are estimates based on what you enter. Under New Jersey rules a binding written estimate follows a visual survey of what is being moved, in person or by video. The written estimate you sign is the one that counts.

Site content

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including our rates, licence details and service area, but it can change. The text, photographs and design belong to SafeKeep Movers LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

The quote form is operated by Elromco (MoveBoard) and links from this site may lead to sites we do not control. Their terms apply to your use of them.

Liability for this site

This site is provided as is. SafeKeep Movers LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site itself, such as interruptions or errors in the pages. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for your goods during a move, which is set out in your order for service and by New Jersey law.
