Sealed and numbered cartons
Every carton we pack is closed with a numbered seal and logged to its room. KITCHEN 07 of 14 either arrives intact or it does not, and you can count them yourself.
Every room photographed
We photograph every room at load and again at delivery, on every job, and send you the photographs within 24 hours. Not when something goes wrong. Every time.
The signed paper inventory
Before the truck pulls away from your old address, the full count is on paper and both of us have signed it. You hold a copy. So do we.
The Last Walk
At delivery, the foreman walks every room with you, the photographs open on a tablet, and you both sign the count. The job is not done until you say it is.
The Seal Promise, in writing
If anything is wrong, a named person replies in writing within one business day and makes a written resolution offer within three. Miss either deadline and $100 comes off your invoice, without you asking.
