Some things cannot be replaced at any price: the piano three generations learned on, the sculpture your grandfather made, the safe that has never once been moved. These are the jobs where we slow down, build the crate on site when a crate is what it takes, and put extra hands on the stairs.

Every specialty piece gets its own line on the inventory and its own photographs at load and at delivery. If it matters enough to crate, it matters enough to document.
