Packing
Three packages. One standard of care.
Most damage does not happen on the truck. It happens in the carton, hours earlier, when a glass went in wrapped in a hurry. So our packing is where the SafeKeep system starts: dish barrels for the kitchen, a sleeve for every glass, paper with no ink to shed, and a numbered seal on every carton as it closes.
The seal is the difference. Once a carton is sealed and numbered, it is on the inventory, it is in the photographs, and it either arrives intact or you know it before the crew leaves.
What is included
- Double-walled cartons, dish barrels, and wardrobe boxes, all included in the tier price
- A sleeve for every glass and unprinted paper throughout
- Every carton sealed with a numbered seal and logged to its room
- Mattress bags, mirror cartons, and lamp boxes as the rooms require
- The carton count on your signed inventory before we leave
- Unpacking and carton removal on request, on White-Glove
How it is priced
Hourly rates filed with the State of New Jersey. Travel is billed portal to portal from the filed mileage schedule. Standard valuation of $1.00 per pound per article is included.

The three packages

The tiers change how much of the house we pack. They never change how well. Every tier uses the same materials and the same numbered seal.
We pack the rooms that break: kitchen, glassware, art, mirrors, and lamps. You pack the soft goods and the books, with our cartons and our labels if you want them.
Everything fragile plus the closets, the books, and the china cabinet, packed by us and sealed by us. Most families with a full household choose this one.
We pack the entire home down to the junk drawer, and on request we unpack it too, flatten the cartons, and take them away. You handle nothing but the keys.
