Estate and probate
When a household becomes part of an estate, the count matters more than the carrying. Every carton sealed and numbered, every room photographed at load and delivery, and a signed inventory the executor can put in the file. A documented inventory stops the disagreements before they start.
Divorce and separation
Two inventories, one neutral crew, no commentary. We document what goes where, both parties get the same paperwork, and the crew keeps its opinions in the truck.
Families with young children
Children’s rooms come off the truck first and the beds are made by bedtime. That is a scheduled deliverable on the work order, not a favour, because the fastest way to make a new house a home is a familiar room at 8 pm.
Luxury and in-building
Your building’s certificate of insurance is on file before we arrive, the elevator is reserved, and the common areas are protected to the building packet. There is no building endorsement fee. Meeting your building’s requirements is part of the job, not an extra.
Senior communities
A one-room downsize is harder than a house move, and we staff it that way: patient crew, labeled cartons, furniture placed where it belongs before we leave. Residents 65 and over take 10% off labour, from the rates we filed with the State.
Closing in 30 to 45 days
Closings cluster at month end, so we hold month-end capacity for exactly this. Tell us the closing window, we hold a slot against it, and when the date shifts, the slot shifts with it.
Short notice
Sometimes the date arrives before the plan does. Outside our hours of 7 am to 7 pm we charge the overtime rates we filed with the State, not a made-up urgency premium, and we tell you the number before we book the crew.
Apartment and condo
We read the building packet before the date: dock windows, elevator pads, floor protection, certificate requirements. Your super and your neighbours will have nothing to say about us, which is the point.
Single item and specialty
One piano, one safe, one armoire that outlasted three houses. One thing, moved properly, priced from the filed schedule, with the same wrap and the same paperwork as a full house.
